What's great about it

This is the ultimate vegan breakfast shake that's rich in protein, antioxidants and healthy fats for a super nourishing start to your day. A step up on your regular morning routine, I've used my Raspberry Cashew + Coconut Protein Balls to easily create a supercharged meal. This is a super quick and easy breakfast for those on the go. 

Ingredients

2 protein bliss balls

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup raspberries

ice

Method

 

  1. Combine bliss balls, coconut milk, raspberries and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
  3. Pour and enjoy.

Notes and Inspiration

Sweeten to taste with organic maples syrup if desired.

Any protein balls will work beautifully in this recipe! Try my Matcha Power Balls, Nut-free Protein Balls or Peanut Butter Protein Balls.

Substitute coconut milk for delicious homemade almond milk or macadamia milk.

For a thicker, more indulgent smoothie add half a frozen banana or 2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt.
