I'm in Koh Samui and I've just received two advanced copies of my New Cookbook from the printer! They arrive in Sydney 7th September, so all advanced copies will be sent out as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

This gorgeous 500 page cookbook has been a year in the making and it's full of all my  purely delicious, healthy recipes that I love to cook and make me feel nourished every day. Whether you’re gluten free, paleo, sugar free, vegetarian or just want to eat pure natural whole food that’s good for you – there is something here for everyone.

My book is designed for people who are passionate about food and health, but don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. I have applied my “KEEP IT SIMPLE, KEEP IT FRESH + MAKE IT YOURSELF" philosophy to all my meals, from yummy breakfasts, dinners, soups and salads, to desserts, smoothies, cakes and more.
