Iced Chocolate

This smoothie is rich in protein, magnesium and essential nutrients designed to help to calm the nervous system, relax the mind and stabilise blood sugars.
Ingredients
1/2 avocado
250 ml (1 cup) coconut milk or coconut water
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef WPI Cocoa or Organic Pea Protein
handful of ice
Method
1. COMBINE all the ingredients into a blender.
2. BLEND until smooth and creamy.
3. POUR into a serving glass and enjoy.
Notes and Inspiration
Add 1 tablespoon Naked Chocolat for boosted minerals and a richer chocolate flavour. Sweeten to taste with a little stevia or fresh pitted dates.
