Ingredients
2 teaspoons Healthy Chef Immune Support
200 g thick natural yoghurt (Greek style or coconut)
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Marine Collagen (optional)
1 teaspoon Bee Pollen (garnish)
Method
COMBINE yoghurt and Healthy Chef Immune Support - mixing with a spoon until creamy and luscious. Add marine collagen for a boost of amino acids.
SPOON onto a serving plate or into a bowl.
TOP with bee pollen or your favourite seasonal fruit.
