
Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Indulge in this deliciously creamy Tiramisu Chia Pudding packed with decadent coffee and dark chocolate flavours. This pudding is not only rich in protein, but also contains gut-loving fibre and probiotics to keep you feeling your best. It makes for a nourishing breakfast, that is also meal-prep friendly! Made with the goodness of Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI, Collagen Coffee, and Naked Chocolat Dark, it's a delicious way to fuel your day!
Ingredients
Serves 3
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened almond milk, or your choice
1 tablespoon of Healthy Chef Collagen Coffee
2 - 3 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI or Organic Pea Protein in Vanilla
splash of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
natural Greek yoghurt, or your choice, to garnish
Healthy Chef Naked Chocolat Dark, to garnish
Method
COMBINE all ingredients except the Greek yoghurt and Naked Chocolat Dark together in a blender or small food processor until the mixture is creamy and thick.
DIVIDE evenly into 3 jars or containers and pop in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to set.
TOP with a few dollops of Greek yoghurt and a dusting of Naked Chocolat Dark.

Notes and Inspiration
You can increase the protein content further by mixing 1 - 2 tablespoons of Pure Native WPI through the yoghurt.
Instead of blending, you can combine the chia mixture in a large mixing bowl.
