If you wish to return any unopened products because you have changed your mind about your purchase, The Healthy Chef will offer you an exchange or refund to the value of the product, excluding the shipping charges.

If you have purchased a product which doesn’t work for you, please email us at [email protected], as rare scenarios such as these are considered on a case by case basis.

Before sending any product back, please arrange the details with our customer service team. That way we can make sure your product is dealt with quickly when it arrives at The Healthy Chef office. You must include a copy of the invoice and return the item within 30 days of purchase.
