CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BAKED OATS

As a bulk recipe, you can also ace your meal prep for the week ahead. The recipe makes 6 servings, meaning you can easily portion out each slice and pair with fruit or yoghurt to kickstart your day.
Packed with antioxidant goodness from Healthy Chef Naked Chocolat, and added protein using Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI, this meal will keep you feeling satisfied through to lunchtime.
Ingredients
Serves 6.
100 g rolled oats
250 ml milk of choice
2 bananas, mashed
2 large organic eggs
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Naked Chocolat - Mylk or Dark
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI - Vanilla, Natural or Cocoa
1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener, optional
1 teaspoon baking powder
handful of walnuts for sprinkling
60 g melted sugar-free dark chocolate to drizzle, optional
Method
COMBINE oats, milk, banana, eggs, naked chocolat, protein powder, sweetener (if using) and baking powder. Mix well.
SIT for 15 minutes to allow the oats to soften.
SPOON into a lined baking dish and sprinkle over walnuts.
BAKE for about 30 minutes in a 160°C preheated oven, then cool slightly. Drizzle with melted chocolate (optional).
ENJOY for up to 5 days, store in the fridge.
NOTE: you can also throw all the ingredients into a high-quality blender and bake as above for a smoother consistency.
