Strawberries + Crème Smoothie

I absolutely love strawberries. They're packed with antioxidants that nourish your body with vitality, are low in calories and high in antioxidants. The addition of protein in this smoothie can help to regulate the appetite, increase satiety and support weight management.
When attempting to keep total calories down during dieting, protein supplementation can help to keep total food volume down but still provide support directly to the muscles, liver and immune systems which are critical to optimising body composition.
Ingredients
Serves 1
150 g (1 cup) frozen strawberries
1 ripe, frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or your choice
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Method
COMBINE all the ingredients into a blender.
BLEND until smooth smooth + creamy.
SIP slowly and enjoy the goodness.
