The unique blend has a beautiful berry flavour, that's all completely natural and free from any artificial sweeteners.

Our Everyday Greens is a blend of alkalising leafy greens such as kale, wheatgrass, alfafa grass and spinach combined with pineapple to give it a subtle tropical flavour, which makes it the tastiest option to get your daily greens. PREBIOTIC vs PROBIOTIC

You may know that probiotics are 'good' bacteria that can benefit your gut health, but to clarify the difference with the lesser known prebiotic: these are types of fibers responsible for feeding the healthy bacteria and helping to maintain an environment where the right strains can thrive.

Healthy Chef Organic Superfood works as a prebiotic that helps to stimulate regularity and good gut flora in the digestive system. One important ingredient it contains is Jerusalem Artichoke, which is a rich source of inulin. Inulin is a prebiotic that acts to feed the good bacteria in our large intestines. Whole vegetables also contain prebiotic compounds, so Organic Superfood contains a number of these fibers thanks to the 10 x organic fruits and vegetables within the blend.

Healthy Chef Everyday Greens contains probiotics, offering 4 strains of probiotics alongside the goodness of dark leafy greens. They play an important role in maintaining healthy gut function. supporting nutrient absorption into our bloodstream and assisting our immune system.

For this reason, it's great to take both Organic Superfood and Everyday Greens, as one can help support the benefits of the other.
