What's great about it

This Protein + Collagen bowl is such an easy breakfast to make, and did you know it contains a whopping 40 grams of protein as well? Featuring Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI Cocoa and Grass Fed Collagen really gives this recipe a protein boost to make sure you definitely start the day right. For extra nutritional goodness, I’ve included yoghurt for a gentle dose of probiotics, walnuts for omega-3, fresh berries for antioxidants and cinnamon to assist with blood sugar control.

 

Ingredients

½ cup Greek yoghurt

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Grass Fed Collagen

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI - Vanilla or Cocoa

sprinkle of Cinnamon

handful of Berries

1 tablespoon Walnuts

Method

PLACE the yoghurt into a bowl and mix in with the collagen and WPI until well combined.
TOP with the berries and walnuts, and finish with a sprinkling of cinnamon to your liking.
