SUPERFOOD POWDER PORRIDGE

Ingredients
Serves 2, or 1 if you are hungry.
½ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon golden flaxseed
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Collagen - Marine or Grass Fed
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Organic Superfood
½ cup water
½ cup almond milk, or your choice
½ banana
handful of blueberries
spoonful of yoghurt
pinch of cinnamon
Method
COMBINE oats, flaxseed, collagen, superfood, water and milk into a saucepan.
COOK over a gentle heat for 5 minutes until thickened.
SERVE in bowls topped with banana, blueberry, yoghurt and a pinch of cinnamon.
