Superfood Rice Bars

Makes 10 Bars
125g cacao butter, melted
2 tbsp Healthy Chef Organic Superfood
2 tbsp Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI Vanilla
2 cups organic puffed brown rice
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
50g desiccated coconut
¼ dried blueberries (can swap for dried cranberries or goji berries)
COMBINE WPI, Organic Superfood and cacao butter in a mixing bowl, stirring to combine.
ADD maple syrup, puffed brown rice and coconut, stir again to combine.
FOLD in dried blueberries.
SPOON into lined baking tin, press down and allow to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
CUT into 10 even-sized bars.
STORE in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
