How does the 28 Day Body Shaping Challenge work?

Do you feel like you’re in need of a bit of a reset and are wanting to manage weight, increase your energy and boost wellbeing, yet don’t know where to start? Then this is the challenge for you! To join, simply follow these 3 steps:


1. SHOP A TWIN PACK OF BODY SHAPING SHAKE

You’ll receive 10% off with a twin pack, which will give you 28 sachets - one for each day of the challenge! If you’d like to start earlier, we suggest purchasing extra boxes. Click here to shop now.

2. JOIN THE COMMUNITY

Join our private Facebook community group. This is a safe space with fellow members to share your questions and ask our team of nutritionists about what you’d like to know. Each day of the challenge, we’ll also be sharing a helpful tip to help keep you on track on your weight management journey.

3. REPLACE A MEAL A DAY WITH BODY SHAPING SHAKE

Starting from Saturday 27th, replace 1 meal a day with our Body Shaping Shake. If you’re new to the challenge, replacing breakfast with a shake is usually the easiest. Be sure to tune into the Facebook group as well for your daily tip!

Tip: there are 14 sachets in each box of Body Shaping Shake so two boxes will last you for the 28 days of the challenge.
