COFFEE CREAM SHAKE


Energising, creamy and delicious - this will soon become a daily favourite in the warmer months! Recreate this mocktail with Healthy Chef Collagen Coffee and Organic Pea Protein vanilla. Watch below.

INGREDIENTS per serve
60ml Healthy Chef Collagen Coffee (pre mixed with water)
1 Tablespoon Healthy Chef Organic Pea Protein Vanilla
80ml Almond Milk
2 Tablespoons Coconut Cream
Handful of ice

METHOD
MIX Healthy Chef Collagen Coffee with water in your favourite jug that can be stored in the fridge.
COMBINE 60ml Collagen Coffee mix, 80ml milk of choice, 1 Tablespoon Organic Pea Protein and 2 Tablespoons of coconut cream to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
ADD ice to your favourite glass and pour over Coffee Cream mixture.
GARNISH with coffee beans.
ENJOY!


SUPERFOOD BERRY FIZZ


Made with Healthy Chef Organic Superfood, this mocktail sneakily features the goodness of 10 organic fruits and vegetables, but you’ll love it for its natural berry taste! Watch below.

INGREDIENTS per serve
Handful of raspberries and blackberries
Quarter lemon
Water (still or sparkling - your choice)
Healthy Chef Organic Superfood
Ice

METHOD
MUDDLE or puree the raspberries and blackberries until they are pulpy
PLACE pulp in the base of your serving glass
SQUEEZE the juice of a quarter lemon wedge into the glass
MIX 2 teaspoons of Organic Superfood into a separate jug with 250mL water
TOP your glass with pulp
POUR Organic Superfood mix into glass. You should see an ombre effect between the pulp and the water.

ORANGE REFRESHER


This Orange Refresher Mocktail is the taste of summer that also keeps you feeling in tip-top shape. Recreate this drink using Healthy chef Immune Support and Pure Collagen. Watch below.

INGREDIENTS per serve
Healthy Chef Pure Collagen
Healthy Chef Immune Support
Water (still or sparkling - your choice)
Dried oranges + Mint leaves (to garnish)
Ice

METHOD
MIX 2 teaspoons of Immune Support + 1 tablespoon of Pure Collagen into a separate jug with 250mL water
ADD ice cubes to your glass
POUR Immune Support + Pure Collagen mix into glass.
GARNISH with dried orange slice and mint leaves
ENJOY!

 

 

LEMON RASPBERRY TINGLE


Nourish your gut and tastebuds with this refreshing Lemon Raspberry Tingle mocktail. We've used Healthy Chef Gut Collagen and love the addition of crushed raspberries with every sip. Watch below.

INGREDIENTS per serve
Healthy Chef Gut Collagen - 2 Tbsp
Fresh Raspberries, a handful
250mL Water (still or sparkling - your choice)
Ice

METHOD
MUDDLE or puree the raspberries until they are pulpy
PLACE pulp in the base of your serving glass and then add your ice cubes
MIX 2 tablespoons of Gut Collagen into a separate jug with 250mL water
POUR Gut Collagen mix into glass and top with lemon wedge.
ENJOY!
