INGREDIENTS 

Serves 1

250 ml Greek-style yoghurt 

1 tbsp Healthy Chef Gut Collagen 

1 tbsp Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI - Vanilla or Natural

squeeze of lemon juice 

1 tsp raw honey, maple or monk fruit (to taste) 

TOPPINGS 

2 kiwi fruits, sliced  

extra drizzle of raw honey to finish 

METHOD 

COMBINE yoghurt, Gut Collagen, Protein, lemon and honey. Stir until smooth and creamy, using a whisk. 

SPOON into a serving bowl. Top with sliced kiwi and a drizzle of honey. 

SERVE immediately and enjoy

For a dairy-free version, swap greek yoghurt for coconut yoghurt, and use Organic Pea Protein instead of WPI.
