Teresa is the founding director of The Healthy Chef Functional Food Range, consisting of organically sourced proteins, collagens, superfoods, botanical tisanes, and nutritional-based whole food products. The Healthy Chef is also a boutique media and publishing company producing quality healthy cookbooks for the Australian and worldwide market.

Teresa has designed menus for the Intercontinental Hotels Group relationship with IHG creating 60 original menu items for the MICE market throughout Asia, Middle East and Africa; and then recruited to be among the first female chefs to be part of the IHG Culinary Panel, where she created an additional 20+ recipes.
Teresa is a regular columnist with the prestigious TIME magazine (USA) and the the author of several international award winning cookbooks.
Teresa has also appeared on numerous TV shows including Biggest Loser, The Today Show, Sunrise, The Morning Show, The Living Room and The Daily Edition.
