This recipe is perfect for batch prepping when you have a busy week ahead, so you can make a large portion ahead of time, divide into containers and grab and go in the mornings for a balanced breakfast. 

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

2 cups milk of choice, we used almond milk  

1/4 cup chia seeds 

3 tablespoons Healthy Chef Organic Pea Protein Salted Caramel

Greek yoghurt, to serve 

sliced banana, to serve 

ground cinnamon, to serve 

METHOD

COMBINE the milk, chia and salted caramel protein together in a large bowl. 

ALLOW to sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

JUST BEFORE serving, top with yoghurt, sliced banana and a pinch of cinnamon.
