Mango Madness Smoothie

Kickstart the day feeling nourished + satisfied with this Mango Madness Smoothie. Featuring Pure Native WPI to support lean, toned muscle, with a touch of Turmeric Latte to boost the antioxidant content. Greek yoghurt provides important probiotics to support digestive health.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

1 cup frozen mango

1 frozen banana, chopped

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI 

1 teaspoon Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte

generous squeeze of lime

2 tablespoons natural Greek yoghurt, your choice 

1 cup (250 ml) water

handful of ice, to blend, optional

coconut flakes and bee pollen, to garnish 

METHOD

COMBINE ingredients in a high powered blender.

BLEND until smooth and creamy, adding extra water if needed. 

POUR into a large glass and enjoy

TOP with additional yoghurt if you wish.
