INGREDIENTS 

Serves 2

2 cups frozen mango chunks 

3 tablespoons Healthy Chef Salted Caramel Pure Native WPI or Organic Pea Protein 

1 small banana 

½ cup cashew milk, or milk of choice 

METHOD 

COMBINE all ingredients in a high-powered blender, such as a Vitamix, until smooth and creamy.  

SPOON evenly into 2 serving bowls and enjoy immediately.
