Superfood Berry Trifle

Our new summer obsession is these Superfood Berry Trifles! High-protein, antioxidant-rich, collagen-boosting and absolutely gorgeous on the table, you're going to want to make these for yourself this Summer!

Enjoy layers of juicy berries, a luscious cloud of superfood yoghurt upon a layer of protein-rich jelly - this is dessert that loves you back. Each trifle provides 10g+ of protein per serve thanks to our Glow Up Protein Water, made with a base of grass-fed collagen protein. Plus, a rich dose of antioxidants from the fresh berries and our Organic Superfood blend, made with the goodness of 10 organic fruits + vegetables. 

INGREDIENTS

Serves 4

FOR THE JELLY

3 teaspoons gelatine powder
60 ml cold water
3 cups water (boil 1 cup)
4 scoops Healthy Chef Glow Up Protein Water
100 g raspberries + blueberries

FOR THE YOGHURT
300 g natural or vanilla Greek yoghurt, your choice
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Organic Superfood

TO GARNISH

fresh mixed berries

METHOD
BLOOM gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes.

ADD 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.

IN ANOTHER BOWL whisk Glow Up Protein Water with 2 cups of cold water.

POUR in gelatine mix and stir until fully incorporated. 

DIVIDE berries between 4 glasses.

POUR OVER the protein water mixture and chill for 2–3 hours in the refrigerator until set.

MIX yoghurt and Organic Superfood powder together and dollop evenly in each glass.

FINISH with extra berries and serve.
