Naked Chocolat is a rich European style drinking chocolate made from delicious mineral-rich cocoa, organic carob, maca and cinnamon, with wildcrafted vanilla bean and a touch of French artisan sea salt. 

INGREDIENTS

Cocoa powder (82%), Organic Roasted Carob Powder, Organic Maca Root Powder, Vanilla Bean Powder, Organic Cinnamon, French Artisan Sea Salt.

HOW TO ENJOY

DRINK HOT:

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups whole full-cream milk or your choice  
2 heaped teaspoons Healthy Chef Naked Chocolat Dark

METHOD
HEAT 1 1/2 cups of milk in a pot until almost boiling.
ADD 2 teaspoons of Naked Chocolat.
MIX into the milk using a whisk.
POUR into a large mug or bowl and enjoy.
SWEETEN to taste if desired.

DRINK COLD:

COMBINE 2 generous teaspoons of Naked Chocolat with 1 1/2 cups of icy cold milk. 

SHAKE or blend until smooth.

POUR over ice and enjoy a revitalising iced chocolate.

SWEETEN to taste if desired.

    How do I use Naked Chocolat?

    + Hot or cold with organic full cream milk, homemade nut milk, coconut milk or non-GMO organic soy milk.

    Does Naked Chocolat contain sugar?

    Naked Chocolat does not contain added sugar.

    Cacao, carob and maca powder are natural sources of carbohydrate, which includes starch, fibre and sugar. Naked Chocolat contains small amounts of sugar from these ingredients (1.9 -2.6g per serve). It is low GI and suitable for use by people with diabetes or adhering to low sugar diets. When comparing drinking chocolate varieties, look at both the nutritional panel and ingredients list to determine whether sugar has been added to the product.

    Is it suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

    Naked Chocolat Dark contains Maca powder, a Peruvian herb, which has hormone-modulating properties. Large doses of Maca are not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so it is best to consult with your healthcare practitioner first.
