Detox Green Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect to flush out all toxins and boost your body PH levels. After just one glass, I promise you'll be a green smoothie convert for life! Slimming, purifying, alkalizing, detoxifying...this smoothie has it all. Smoothies are more substantial than juices, so I often make them as a complete meal to start my day. This recipe makes enough for 1 generous serve and I normally save a little as an afternoon snack or enjoy the next day for breakfast.
COMBINE lettuce, oranges, water and collagen into a blender.
ADD ice if you want a cool refreshing smoothie.
BLEND until smooth.
POUR into 1 - 2 large glasses and enjoy.
LEFTOVERS can be kept in the fridge for the next day or to enjoy as a healthy snack.
Notes and Inspiration
Add 1/4 avocado or 1 teaspoon avocado oil to boost healthy fats and nutrient absorption.
Use pineapple in place of the orange.
