What's great about it
Here's my delicious alkalinising Green Juice from my new book Perfect Digestive Health. It's my daily tonic to kickstart the morning or as an afternoon vitality drink when I need some uplifting energy. I often make a double batch of this wonderful juice and cold press it so it lasts a few days in the fridge. Give my juice a go for a whole week and see how energised and revitalised your body will feel.
3 Lebanese cucumbers
1/2 bunch spinach
1/2 cos (romaine) lettuce
small handful flat-leaf parsley
1 lemon or lime peeled
1 small sprig of mint
1. Extract the juice from the cucumbers, spinach, cos, parsley, lemon and mint.
Notes and Inspiration
Add 1 green apple or pear for a sweeter juice.
Add 1 teaspoon Natural Immune Support for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and vitamin D benefits.
