What's great about it

This is such a simple and purely delicious dish that I just had to share it. My superfood muesli with lush summer berries is my favourite breakfast of the moment. It takes just one minute to prepare and what I love about it is that it makes the perfect portable food so you can easily prepare it into a glass jar.

I love to vary the base of the recipe and use a good organic natural yoghurt, coconut kefir or even a silky cashew cream. To this base, I add a spoonful of my antioxidant-rich Organic Superfood which is packed with 10 organic veggies and lush berry fruits that help to nourish my body before I start the day. I top it simply with fresh berries and a scattering of walnut for added omega 3 before it's devoured.

Ingredients

200 g thick natural yoghurt (Greek style or coconut)

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Organic Superfood

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Marine Collagen (optional)

100 g fresh strawberries or blueberries

Method

Combine yoghurt and Healthy Chef Organic Superfood - mixing with a spoon until creamy and luscious. Add marine collagen for a boost of amino acids.

Spoon onto a serving plate or into a bowl.

Top with fresh berries.

Enjoy.

Notes and Inspiration

Pump up the protein and add 1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Marine Collagen.

Use other seasonal fruits like banana or papaya.
