Ingredients
Serves 1
POMEGRANATE DRESSING
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Grass Fed Collagen
Juice from 1/2 lemon
30 ml extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of freshly ground pepper
BEAUTY COLLAGEN DRESSING
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Beauty Collagen
40 ml lemon juice
30 ml orange juice
30 ml extra virgin olive oil
pinch of flaked sea salt
LIME + MATCHA DRESSING
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Marine Collagen
juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
30 ml extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Healthy Chef Matcha Tea
Method
COMBINE all ingredients together in a jar (see notes).
SHAKE the jar until the dressing is fully emulsified. Alternatively, you can use a whisk or blender to combine.
ENJOY over your favourite salad.
Notes and Inspiration
You can dissolve the collagen with the juice listed in the recipe (lemon, lime or orange) before mixing altogether to ensure the collagen is evenly combined.
