Ingredients
155 g (5 oz) blueberries, fresh or frozen
125 ml (1⁄2 cup / 4 fl oz) plant-based milk
125 ml (1⁄2 cup / 4 fl oz) water
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Organic Superfood
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Protein
1 teaspoon raw honey
1⁄4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
handful of ice to blend
Method
COMBINE ingredients into a blender.
BLEND until thick and creamy.
POUR into a serving glass and sprinkle with granola or add a dollop of yoghurt at the base before pouring in the smoothie.

Notes and Inspiration
Use chilled lavender or chamomile tea in place of the water. Use coconut yoghurt, coconut kefir or kombucha in place of plant-based milk for a delicious probiotic rich smoothie.
