Blueberry Breakfast Bowl

What's great about it
I designed this smoothie recipe for myself due to my busy work schedule - a simple fuss-free smoothie that was a complete meal of protein, antioxidants, fibre and essential fats. I love to create this antioxidant rich smoothie made with berries and other super-food ingredients, as they help support my adrenals and stabilise my energy level. The rich colour from blueberries comes from anthocyanins, antioxidants which help to neutralise free radicals. Healthy Chef Protein will aid in recovery, support your immune system, keep your full and help stabilise hormones.
150 g (1 cup) frozen blueberries
1/2 banana or 1/4 avocado
1 1/2 cups coconut water, macadamia nut milk or Iced Nourish + Glow Tea
1 generous tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt (optional)
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Protein
ice to blend
- Combine all the ingredients in a Vitamix or other powerful blender.
- Blend until extra smooth + creamy.
