Christmas Fruit Platter
This Christmas Fruit Platter is a statement piece for your festive spread with beautiful bright colours and fresh in season fruit. This can be enjoyed at any time of the day and is so simple to put together!

INGREDIENTS

500 g labneh or thick greek yoghurt

2 tablespoons raw honey

250 g strawberries, halved

250 g raspberries

250 g blackberries

125 g blueberries

150 g pandoro or panettone, cut into chunks

Chopped pistachios

1 fresh lime, sliced

125 ml passionfruit pulp

Rosemary to garnish 

METHOD

SPREAD the labenh lavishly onto a large serving platter.

DRIZZLE with a little raw honey.

ARRANGE the berries over the yoghurt, followed by the cubes of pandoro, pistachios and lime.

SPOON over the passionfruit and garnish with rosemary.

ENJOY as part of a grazing platter for brunch or dessert.
