Christmas Fruit Platter
What's great about it
500g labneh or thick greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons raw honey
250g strawberries, halved
150g pandoro or panettone, cut into chunks
1 fresh lime, sliced
125ml passionfruit pulp
Rosemary to garnish
SPREAD the labenh lavishly onto a large serving platter.
DRIZZLE with a little raw honey.
ARRANGE the berries over the yoghurt, followed by the cubes of pandoro, pistachios and lime.
SPOON over the passionfruit and garnish with rosemary.
ENJOY as part of a grazing platter for brunch or dessert.
