What's great about it

This time of year, I start craving hot chocolate. Something warm, sweet and nourishing that's healthy and kind to my tummy. When drinking hot chocolate, it's best to drink out of a large mug or bowl because your senses pick up every aroma coming out from the steaming hot milk. The taste and smell of vanilla bean, cinnamon and cacao nourish your soul and warm the body. What's more, the combination of Marine Collagen + Naked Chocolat will work to seal and soothe the gut and stave off the dreaded bloat! 



Ingredients

Serves 2

1 1/2 cups (350 ml) milk (your choice of almond, coconut, rice or oat milk)

1 cup (250 ml) water

1 heaped tablespoon Healthy Chef Naked Chocolat

1 heaped tablespoon Healthy Chef Marine Collagen

1 teaspoon raw honey, maple syrup or stevia (optional)

 

Method

Combine milk, water, Naked Chocolat, Marine Collagen into a small pot.

Heat gently until dissolved.

Pour into  serving mugs and enjoy.

Sweeten to taste if you like.

Notes and Inspiration

Add 1/2 teaspoon Chai Latte for added spice.
