Makes 9
INGREDIENTS
2 cups filtered water or coconut water
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Organic Superfood
2 cups of yoghurt of your choice
METHOD
ADD yoghurt to popsicle mould and freeze for 2-3 hours
COMBINE water and Organic Superfood in a glass
ADD the Superfood mix into the mould on top of the frozen yoghurt mix
FREEZE for 4-6 hours or overnight
GARNISH with your favourite toppings
ENJOY!
If you’re time-poor, you can pour the yoghurt and the superfood mix both into the moulds at the same time, just note this will create a marbled effect instead.

Immediately after removing popsicles from their mould, dip into yoghurt (you can slightly mix with some water if too thick) and then dip into some bee pollen for added flavour and crunch.

Makes 6 cups
INGREDIENTS
180g raw pumpkin seeds
1.5 litres cold filtered water
2 generous teaspoons Healthy Chef Matcha Tea
2 tablespoons cashew butter or tahini
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
METHOD
SOAK the pumpkin seeds in cold water for at least 1 hour or overnight at room temperature.
DRAIN the water from the pumpkin seeds and place the pumpkin seeds into a blender.
ADD 4 cups of water, Healthy Chef Matcha Tea, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.
BLEND for 1 minute until smooth and creamy. Pour in the other 2 cups of water.
STRAIN the milk through a nut milk bag or muslin cloth.
POUR into glass storage jars and refrigerate until needed. Matcha milk will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
SERVE cold or hot and enjoy.

Eating healthy doesn't mean that you can't enjoy your favourite foods and we love to come up with creative ways to reinvent your favourite treats. These Strawberry + Cream Icy Pops are reminiscent of strawberry ice cream, made with Healthy Chef WPI Protein, yoghurt, fresh strawberries, coconut water and a splash of maple syrup for a high-protein treat with no refined sugars or other nasties that can be added into mass-produced icecreams. Full recipe below:
INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups yoghurt (your choice)
2 cups coconut water
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Vanilla WPI
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
METHOD
BLEND fresh strawberries, 1 cup of coconut water and maple syrup until smooth.
MIX the yoghurt with remaining coconut water and Healthy Chef WPI Vanilla.
DIVIDE strawberry and yoghurt mixture into popsicle moulds.
FREEZE overnight and enjoy.
