INGREDIENTS

1 sachet Heathy Chef Vanilla Body Shaping Shake

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Everyday Greens

2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt

1 frozen banana or ¼ avocado

1 cup mineral water or almond milk

Handful of ice, to blend

METHOD

COMBINE all ingredients into a blender.

BLEND until smooth and creamy.

POUR into serving glass and enjoy.

NOTES & INSPIRATION

Top with coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit.
