Hot Cross Bun Smoothie

If you're like me and love all the flavours of a hot cross bun, then you'll love my delicious Easter smoothie. Thanks to the addition of Healthy Chef Chai Latte, this smoothie is scented with just the right amount of Autumn spice.

Delicate notes of cinnamon, ginger and vanilla combine with the creaminess of Healthy Chef Protein to create the most nourishing Easter drink.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

1 cup almond milk or drinking coconut milk

1 teaspoon Healthy Chef Chai Latte

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Protein

handful of cashews

1 cup ice

1/2 banana, optional, for extra creaminess

METHOD

THROW all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

BLEND on high until smooth & creamy.

POUR into glass and dust the top with a cinnamon cross.
