Menopause Support Yoghurt Bowl

Menopause Support Yoghurt Bowl

Creamy, cool and ready in five minutes, this yoghurt bowl has been designed to support your body through every stage of menopause.

At its heart is Healthy Chef Menopause+, our total body formula blending sage, lemon balm and passionflower with calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and chromium. It’s been designed to relieve common menopausal symptoms like hot flushes and night sweats, help calm nerves, and support bone strength, healthy blood sugar levels and emotional wellbeing. Its bright cranberry flavour turns a simple bowl into something you’ll look forward to.

Greek yoghurt and Healthy Chef Organic Pea Protein add a protein boost to keep you full and support lean muscle, while optional Grass Fed Collagen offers extra support for skin, hair and joints.

The toppings pull their weight too. Blueberries bring antioxidants and fibre, pumpkin seeds add magnesium and zinc, and just one or two Brazil nuts provide selenium to support healthy thyroid function.

Simple, nourishing and genuinely delicious – this is a bowl that looks after you from the inside out.

Always read the label and follow directions for use. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Menopause+ is a nutritional supplement and should be taken in conjunction with a balanced diet.
