INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

100-150 ml full-fat coconut milk

½ tsp Healthy Chef premium ceremonial grade Matcha Tea

250-350 ml coconut water (depending on the size of your glass)

handful of ice, to fill half the glass

METHOD

CREATE your matcha cloud layer by sifting matcha tea into to the coconut milk in a small bowl or glass. Use an Electric Hand Whisk to combine until smooth and the mixture becomes fluffy and thick.

FILL your serving glass halfway with ice, then pour in coconut water until the glass is 2/3 full.

POUR over the matcha coconut cloud on top of the coconut water to create a layered effect.

LIGHTLY DUST over matcha tea.

SERVE immediately, stirring the drink to combine both layers together.
