What's great about it
I designed this smoothie to help nourish and restore my GUT HEALTH. It helps nourish the digestive system, prevent boating, improve motility and basically it makes me feel amazing.
I absolutely love Kiwi Fruits. They are loaded with nutritional goodness, delicious and cleansing. This nourishing and refreshing smoothie low GI, high in fibre, high in vitamin C and important minerals, which makes this the perfect prebiotic smoothie for healthy gut function and immunity. It also helps to keep things moving along in the digestive system nicely. One study showed that eating 2 kiwi fruit per day for four weeks reduced colonic transit time and was a wonderful natural remedy for constipation.
COMBINE ingredients into a blender.
BLEND until smooth and creamy.
POUR smoothie into 1 - 2 glasses and enjoy.
LEFTOVERS can be enjoyed as a snack later in the day.

ADD a spoonful of Matcha Green Tea for added antioxidants and polyphenols to boost energy and nourish adrenals.
