Ingredients

Serves 1

 

1 Kiwi fruit, diced 

1 tablespoon lime juice

few mint leaves

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Probiotic + Prebiotic

250 mL water

handful of ice

 

TO GARNISH

fresh kiwifruit, sliced

fresh mint leaves

wedge of lime

Method

COMBINE Probiotic + Prebiotic with water in a glass and stir until fully dissolved. Set aside. 

MUDDLE the diced kiwi fruit in a large serving glass.

ADD the lime juice, mint leaves, fresh kiwifruit and ice cubes to the glass. 

POUR over the Probiotic + Prebiotic mixture.

GARNISH with more mint leaves and a wedge of lime.
