INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

4 gluten-free Weet-bix

125 ml of milk of choice, you can add more if you prefer your weet-bix more soggy

500 ml Greek-style yoghurt, your choice

1 punnet of strawberries, sliced, or you can use your preferred fruit. We used strawberries and banana.

4 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI - Vanilla or Natural

1 teaspoon Healthy Chef Matcha Tea

1 tablespoon of sweetener of choice, such as maple, raw honey or monkfruit (optional)

extra Matcha Tea, to dust

METHOD

ARRANGE the weet-bix into a dish that is suitable. For meal prepping, you may like to divide the weet-bix evenly into two containers.

POUR the milk over the weet-bix and use the back of a spoon to press into the container.

SLICE fruit of choice and layer over the weet-bix.

COMBINE the protein and matcha tea powder with the yoghurt, then spoon evenly over the weet-bix. Optional to add your sweetener of choice.

SET in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

DUST OVER Matcha Tea, garnish with extra fruit and enjoy.

THIS lush breakfast will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge.
