We've taken our Metabolic Burn and paired it with antioxidant-rich herbal tea to create a drink that's as functional as it is delicious. It's hydrating, energising, and genuinely simple to make, proof that supporting your metabolism doesn't need to feel like a chore!

Why we love this combination

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

200 ml freshly boiled water

Herbal tea of choice, we used rosehip hibiscus

1 scoop Healthy Chef Metabolic Burn

Ice cubes

1 tablespoon lemon juice

TO SERVE

Fresh mint leaves

Lemon slices

METHOD

PREPARE tea with freshly boiled water in a heat-proof jug.
Leave to steep for a few minutes.

REMOVE tea leaves/tea bag and add a handful of ice cubes to the jug.

ADD Metabolic Burn and lemon juice to the jug and stir to
combine.

SERVE the iced tea in a large serving glass and garnish with
fresh mint and lemon.
