These bliss balls are the ultimate feel-good snack, ideal for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, a nourishing on-the-go breakfast, or a healthy dessert that satisfies every craving.

INGREDIENTS

Makes 12 - 13 balls

3 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI Salted Caramel

1 cup raw almonds or cashews

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

220g fresh pitted dates, such as medjool

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 tablespoons almond butter

¼ cup water

pinch of salt, optional

TO GARNISH

Desiccated coconut, hemp seeds

METHOD

BLEND almonds, protein powder, desiccated coconut and salt, if using, in a food processor until crumbly.

ADD the dates, vanilla and almond butter and process again until the mix starts to come together. Add a splash of water if needed.

FORM the mixture into evenly sized balls.

ROLL in your choice of desiccated coconut or hemp seeds.

STORE in the fridge for optimum freshness and enjoy within 7 days.
