Healthy Icy Pops for Summer
What's great about it
My healthy icy pops are the all-natural alternative to the sugary filled frozen versions found on the shelves of supermarkets and grocery stores. Hand-made with ingredients that are filled with antioxidants, vitamins and protein, as well as being low in sugar, with no additives. All-natural and purely delicious. Keep it simple - keep it fresh - make it yourself and enjoy!
Ingredients
MANGO + COCONUT ICY POPS
2 mangoes, peeled + chopped
3 cups coconut water
2 cups yoghurt (your choice)
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Vanilla WPI
VANILLA MALT ICY POPS
3 cups almond milk
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Vanilla WPI
2 tablespoons malted milk powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup
IMMUNE ICY POPS
2 cups filtered water
1 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Immune Support
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
MANGO + COCONUT ICY POPS
BLEND mango and 1 cup of coconut water until smooth.
MIX the yoghurt with 2 cups of coconut water and Healthy Chef Vanilla WPI.
DIVIDE mango and yoghurt mix into popsicle moulds.
FREEZE overnight and enjoy.
VANILLA MALT ICY POPS
COMBINE ingredients into a blender.
POUR into popsicle moulds.
FREEZE overnight and enjoy.
IMMUNE ICY POPS
COMBINE ingredients into a bowl.
POUR into popsicle moulds.
FREEZE overnight and enjoy.
Notes and Inspiration
For added benefits add 2 tablespoons of Healthy Chef Marine Collagen to any of the pops.
