These delicious Organic Superfood Popsicles are the perfect treat to make and enjoy with your family and kids! Loaded with 10 organic fruits and vegetables, antioxidants and prebiotics for a healthy gut, our Organic Superfood blend has a delicious berry flavour that goes amazingly with greek yoghurt for a creamy and nutritious afternoon snack.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups filtered water or coconut water

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Organic Superfood

2 cups of yoghurt (your choice)

METHOD

COMBINE water and Organic Superfood in a glass.

ADD yoghurt to popsicle mould, followed by Organic Superfood mix.

FREEZE for 4-6 hours or overnight.

GARNISH with your favourite toppings.

ENJOY!

NOTES & INSPIRATION

Garnish popsicles with watered down yoghurt and bee pollen for added flavour and crunch.
