Hormone Balancing Detox Salad

Every year, I like to recalibrate my diet and get by body set for a fabulous year ahead. This year I’ve designed a gorgeous detox salad that will balance hormones, boost your metabolism and get you back on track for the year ahead.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

4 generous spoonfuls hummus

1 baby cos or gem lettuce, halved

2 sheets crisp nori seaweed, crumbled

4 Brazil nuts, chopped

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DRESSING

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

METHOD

SPREAD hummus between 2 serving bowls.

TOP with lettuce, then add nori and Brazil nuts.

MIX dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the salad.

NOTES & INSPIRATION

Use my baba ghanoush recipe in place of the hummus.
