Hot Chocolate Porridge

What's great about it
This sugar-free porridge has all the delicious flavours of a warming hot chocolate and comes together in about five minutes. High in fibre, antioxidants and protein, this supercharged breakfast will keep you full until lunchtime and will do wonders for your digestion!
COMBINE water or almond milk if using with the oats into a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
REDUCE the heat and and stir through the almond butter and Naked Chocolat.
SIMMER until thickened and creamy. You can also add aromatics such as cinnamon or vanilla.
POUR into a serving bowl and add your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
Notes and Inspiration
Mix through 1 tablespoon of Healthy Chef Protein at the end of cooking to supercharge your porridge and boost protein. Sweeten with a spoonful of rice malt syrup, stevia, raw honey or maple if desired. Sub the water with milk of your choice for extra creamy oats! Add a spoonful of chia seeds or flaxseeds to boost fibre and omega 3.
Substitute almond butter with peanut butter or tahini.
Top with coconut yoghurt or Greek yogurt.
Add your choice of nuts, fruit and cocao nibs.
