Immune Supporting Green Smoothie

I love making smoothies! Wholefood ingredients; easily digested in one glass. Coconut water or the addition of some pineapple is also lovely if you want your smoothie a little on the sweeter side.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

1 orange, peeled

Juice from 1/2 lime

1 handful baby spinach

250 ml water

2 teaspoons Healthy Chef Everyday Greens

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Marine Collagen

ice to blend

METHOD

COMBINE ingredients in a blender.

BLEND until smooth.

DRINK.
