Matcha Berry Chocolate Bark

Mixed berries coated in layers of Healthy Chef Matcha Tea and Naked Chocolat and topped with a crunchy layer of flaked almonds, hemp seeds and coconut. What's not to love?

INGREDIENTS

Serves 5

1 punnet (125 g) fresh raspberries

½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

200 g cacao butter or dairy-free white chocolate, melted

1 teaspoon Healthy Chef Matcha Tea

2 teaspoons Healthy Chef Naked Chocolat

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional

Your choice of nuts, seeds and assorted toppings, we
used desiccated coconut, flaked almonds and hemp seeds

METHOD

LINE a small baking sheet with baking paper or use a silicone chocolate block mould.

ARRANGE berries close together in a rectangular shape on the baking sheet, or simply add to the silicone mould, if using.

COMBINE melted cacao butter or white chocolate and matcha tea until smooth.

DRIZZLE the matcha chocolate over the berries, letting it settle into the gaps.

COMBINE remaining melted cacao butter or white chocolate with Naked Chocolat until smooth.

DRIZZLE over the berries and matcha chocolate.

TOP with your choice of nuts, seeds and assorted toppings.

FREEZE for 2 - 3 hours, or until the chocolate is fully set.

SLICE or break into pieces and enjoy!
