INGREDIENTS

½ - 1 teaspoon Healthy Chef Matcha Tea

Freshly boiled water

2 scoops Healthy Chef Body Fit Protein Water

500 ml Sparkling water

TO GARNISH

Fresh lemon slices, Fresh mint

METHOD

COMBINE sparkling water and Protein Water in a large jug to create the protein lemonade. We love using an Electric Hand Mixer for a super smooth result. Set aside for the bubbles to settle down.

CREATE a matcha shot by firstly sifting Matcha Tea into a small bowl.

POUR a bit of freshly boiled water into the bowl. Ensure your hot water has cooled slightly to 70°C / 158°F.

WHISK the Matcha Tea and boiled water together until smooth and
frothy. Ideally, use a Matcha Whisk to do this.

POUR the protein lemonade evenly into 2 serving glasses with
ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint.

TOP the lemonade with the matcha shot and serve.
