Healthy Chef Grass Fed Collagen is derived from pasture-raised, grass-fed cows and contains type I + III collagen to support lean, toned muscle, skin health, and the lining of the gut. Completely flavourless and odourless, this blend dissolves clear every time in hot and cold liquids.
Ingredients
Makes 1 large container
3 tablespoons powdered gelatine
500 ml boiling water
1 litre cold water
3 tablespoons Healthy Chef Probiotic + Prebiotic
3 tablespoons Healthy Chef Grass Fed Collagen
juice of 1 lime
Method
COMBINE gelatine with the hot water in a large bowl using a whisk.
ADD the cold water, then whisk through the Probiotic + Prebiotic, Grass Fed Collagen and lime juice.
POUR into a large glass container, or your preferred moulds (small glasses or silicon moulds work well)
SET for 4+ hours in the fridge.
SERVE into bowls or cut into cubes and enjoy.
