Collagen Glow Smoothie

What's great about it
I've used Healthy Chef Beauty Collagen in my recipe which is rich in wild marine collagen, vitamin C, B5, zinc and turmeric to boost collagen production and natural hydration and firmness of the skin. Zinc helps to heal and rejuvenate the skin cells and turmeric assists with inflammation. You can also use Healthy Chef Pure Marine Collagen or Gut Collagen in this recipe.
2 oranges, peeled + sliced (you can also use papaya)
1/2 banana or 1/2 cup frozen mango
4 tablespoons thick natural yoghurt (your choice)
2 tablespoon Healthy Chef Collagen (you can use Beauty Collagen, Gut Collagen or Marine Collagen)
500 ml water, coconut water or sparkling mineral water
2 cups ice to blend
COMBINE all the ingredients into a blender.
BLEND until smooth and creamy.
GARNISH the base of your serving glasses with a dollop of yoghurt.
POUR the collagen rich smoothie into the 2 glasses.
ENJOY for breakfast or as a healthy delicious snack.

Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or lunch.
Add a spoonful of Healthy Chef Protein to boost amino acids. Top with granola or bee pollen.
