"The first few days of taking this I had lots of gurgles in my stomach & felt queasy. I started with just a teaspoon then worked up to a flat tablespoon daily because I have a very sensitive system and cannot take oral supplements of magnesium. So this is a game changer for me because after 2 weeks of taking it in a smoothie, as long as I don’t overkill on it I am able to digest this collagen well. Have tried once in water and it’s easy to dissolve & taste is light & refreshing. Too soon to see physical benefits as yet ie skin & hair. Will buy again for sure."
