PROTEIN + COLLAGEN YOGHURT BOWL

Ingredients
½ cup Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Grass Fed Collagen
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI - Vanilla or Cocoa
sprinkle of Cinnamon
handful of Berries
1 tablespoon Walnuts
Method
PLACE the yoghurt into a bowl and mix in with the collagen and WPI until well combined.
TOP with the berries and walnuts, and finish with a sprinkling of cinnamon to your liking.
